UseLiveSocial ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at uselivesocial.com (the "Service"). Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

This policy complies with applicable US privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register
• Creator ownership information: Internal proof that an authenticated user controlled a linked Twitch account, including the private immutable Twitch account ID and verification date
• Communications: Messages you choose to send using the published support email address
• Creator accounts: Social media usernames you add to track

Technical Request Information

• Service requests: Hosting, authentication, and security providers may process standard request metadata such as requested paths, timestamps, IP addresses, and user-agent information to deliver and protect the Service
• Browser storage: Authentication session data, an encrypted HTTP-only invitation continuation, theme preference, notice acknowledgement, and limited temporary interface state as described in our Cookie Policy

We do not currently use product analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Third-Party Data

We display cached public creator information from YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Kick. Depending on the platform, the information may come from a platform API or from Apify acting as our data processor. Public availability does not remove our obligation to minimize, secure, and accurately describe the data we process.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Verify Twitch account ownership for eligible known creator profiles
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Send transactional account confirmation and password-reset emails
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

• Supabase: Our database and authentication provider (data stored securely in the US)
• Stripe: Planned post-beta payment processing; paid checkout is not active during the private beta
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure provider
• Apify: Capped collection of public TikTok profile and latest-video metrics for authorized refreshes
• Anthropic: Processing of prompts submitted to optional assistant features
• Google / YouTube and Kick: Authentication or public creator/channel information when those integrations are used
• Twitch: Authentication and current account identity during an ownership claim. UseLiveSocial does not store the Twitch access token, refresh token, client secret, or raw identity response in its ownership-proof records.
• Law enforcement: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Sanitized creator snapshots may be retained for operational history under the published retention schedule. We do not retain complete raw Apify datasets, post text, downloaded media, or provider tokens in creator snapshots.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted storage of passwords (never stored in plain text)
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) support, with AAL2 required for administrative operations
• Least-privileged database access controls and row-level policy testing as release requirements
• Regular security monitoring and updates

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Your Rights (CCPA / US Privacy Rights)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to Know: Request information about the personal data we have collected about you
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Right to Opt-Out: We do not sell personal data, so this right does not apply
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information immediately.

9. Browser Storage and Third-Party Cookies

The current application uses local browser storage for authentication sessions and interface preferences; it does not use product analytics or advertising cookies, and the private beta does not open hosted checkout or scheduling flows. 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We may also notify you by email for significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
